Freight and delivery
Delivery of goods from Badminton-shop is considered complete once the customer has received the order. We ship our orders with DPD, GLS, PostNord and Budbee, depending on the destination country.
Shipments in EU countries
We offer free shipping on the standard delivery option for orders of €99 or more.
For orders under €99, shipping costs €12.
For orders of €99 or more, alternative delivery options are available in selected countries for €2.
Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the destination country. Available shipping methods and final shipping costs are displayed at checkout or on this page.
Shipments to other countries outside EU
Please contact our customer service per email for an inquiry about this. Normally the price is between €50-100.
Return and cancellation rights
The Badminton Shop grants a 30-day right of withdrawal, effective from the day you receive your goods. If you regret the purchase, the Badminton Shop must be notified within 14 days of the day you received your goods. You are obliged to return the item in substantially the same condition and quantity as it has been received.
You bear the costs of 9,95 € associated with returning the item. If you have sent an item for cancellation or complaint, you will always be sent an email when we have received the item. The email will provide you with information about the further process of processing your cancellation/complaint.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, you have 30 days to return the item, starting from the day you receive your goods.
Be aware, that we will not give money back for stringing upon purchase of a new badminton racket. The complaint regarding a badminton racket is invalid if the stringning is of a higher tension than recommended for the product. Is the stringing is above 13 kg, the complaint of a badminton racket will no longer apply.

Always use our returnportal, so we can quickly get a handle on your return. You will receive the money credited within 15 weekdays. If you want a different size or item, we recommend buying a new one through our webshop immediately, so we can ensure fast delivery.
Complaint
Any defects or defects in products when delivered by the Badminton Shop must be relied upon in a reasonable time after you have discovered the error. If you notice an error, contact us via our email: info@badminton-shop.com!
As a rule, you can only complain about errors that occur within two years after you have had the item delivered. For products with limited shelf life, your complaint option is limited by the expected durability of each product. As a consumer you have a 2-year warranty, which means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, get a refund or get a refund of the price, depending on the specific situation and the product. This, of course, means that the complaint is justified. We will refund any shipping costs you may incurred in connection with the return of the item when the complaint is justified. Purchases from Badminton-shop.com are governed by Danish law, including the Danish Sale of Goods Act. If you reside in another EU country, you will, however, be protected by the mandatory consumer rights applicable in your country of residence.

At The Badminton-Shop you can pay your goods with various debit cards, Klarna and Paypal. All prices on www.badmintonshoppen.dk are included in the price of the www.badmintonshoppen.dk. Vat.

Payment card · Dankort/Visa card – No fee is charged · MasterCard/Eurocard/Visa/American Express (international) – No fee is charged The amount of the goods is deducted only when the goods are shipped from www.badmintonshoppen.dk. The badminton shop can never withdraw a larger amount than what you have approved at the time of purchase.
Gift card: Gift cards for the badminton-shop can be purchased and redeemed online when you shop. Gift cards can be used as a payment method to pay for your goods. The gift card is delivered by email and can be used until the balance is zero, however within 3 years from the date of purchase.
Security of online payment
Payment with Dankort to the Badminton-Shop is done in cooperation with Dandomain and PBS using “Secure Socket Layer” (SSL). Payment card number and expiration date are sent to PBS in encrypted form. Unauthorized persons cannot intercept information about your payment card.
