Freight and delivery
The delivery of goods from the Badminton-Shop shall be deemed to have taken place once the consumer has been supplied with the goods. The shipment of goods is done with Coolrunner, CoolEurope, PostNL or Posti.
It can take up to 48 hours from the last scan of the package in Denmark, to the next action in the selected delivery country. This simply means that the package is on
it´s way from Denmark.
If you order before 15.00 we will ship your order the same day, to ensure fast delivery!
Shipments in EU countries
The price of shipping to EU countries starts from 10 euro.
Delivery time is usually 3-6 days, unless there is a backorder.
If you order for above 99 Euro the delivery will be for free from a Collect Shop. Home delivery and business delivery will always be 12 euro.
Shipments to other countries outside EU
Please contact our customer service per email for an inquiry about this. Normally the price is between 50-100 euros.
Return and cancellation rights
The Badminton Shop grants a 60-day right of withdrawal, effective from the day you receive your goods. If you regret the purchase, the Badminton Shop must be notified within 60 days of the day you received your goods. You are obliged to return the item in substantially the same condition and quantity as it has been received.
You must bear the costs associated with returning the item. If you have sent an item for cancellation or complaint, you will always be sent an email when we have received the item. The email will provide you with information about the further process of processing your cancellation/complaint.
Be aware, that we will not give money back for stringing upon purchase of a new badminton racket.

Always use our returnportal, so we can quickly get a handle on your return. You will receive the money credited within 10 days. If you want a different size or item, we recommend buying a new one through our webshop immediately, so we can ensure fast delivery.
Any defects or defects in products when delivered by the Badminton Shop must be relied upon in a reasonable time after you have discovered the error. If you notice an error, contact the Badminton Shop quickly, either by mail firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone no. 65906690.
As a rule, you can only complain about errors that occur within two years after you have had the item delivered. For products with limited shelf life, your complaint option is limited by the expected durability of each product. As a consumer you have a 2-year warranty, which means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, get a refund or get a refund of the price, depending on the specific situation and the product. This, of course, means that the complaint is justified. We will refund any shipping costs you may incurred in connection with the return of the item when the complaint is justified.

The badminton shop can never withdraw a larger amount than what you have approved at the time of purchase.
Security of online payment
Payment with Dankort to the Badminton-Shop is done in cooperation with Dandomain and PBS using “Secure Socket Layer” (SSL). Payment card number and expiration date are sent to PBS in encrypted form. Unauthorized persons cannot intercept information about your payment card.
The information is not stored by the Badminton Shop.
