Cancel your order with us
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us no later than 14 days after the day you received your goods. You can use the form below or send us an email directly. When exercising your right of withdrawal, you have 30 days to return the item, starting from the day you received your goods.
If you placed your order recently and it has not yet been picked and packed at our warehouse, we can cancel the order immediately.
If the order has already been shipped, we will need to ask you to return the package before we can process the cancellation of your order. Read more about how to return items on our RETURNS page, so we can handle your return quickly. Your refund will be credited within 10 working days, minus 45 DKK for return shipping costs. If you would like a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order through our webshop right away, so we can ensure fast delivery.
