Returns and Exchanges
To enhance your shopping experience, we have extended our return policy! Items purchased during Black Week can be returned until January 31, 2025. Please note that we unfortunately do not offer exchanges online, but we include a return label in your package that you can use to return the item. The return shipping cost is 9,95€. If it suits you better, you can also return items purchased online to our physical stores in Odense or Frederiksberg.
GIFT WRAPPING
Would you like to give a more personal gift? We offer gift wrapping for just 6,95€ for online orders. Of course, we also offer gift wrapping in our stores. Gift wrapping is listed as a related item but can also be added to your cart or purchased directly here – Buy gift wrapping. Order Changes During Black Week
Black Week is a busy time in our warehouse, and to ensure your order is processed as quickly as possible, we unfortunately cannot modify your order or add products after the order has been placed. If you wish to cancel an order to place a new one, we are happy to assist.
