The Power Trainer is designed like a regular 100% graphite racket. The Power Trainer is ideal for use in daily training of flat game, smash, picking up and other power training exercises. With its weight of 130 grams, you’re able to properly practice power, and afterwards use your normal racket, which weighs about 88 grams.
