COMPLAINTS
Any defects or deficiencies in products upon delivery from the Badminton-Shop must be invoked within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. It is your duty to state and, on request, show how the error or omission manifests itself. If you discover an error, you must quickly contact the Badminton-shop through our email: info@badminton-shop.com!
As a rule, you can only complain about errors that appear no later than two years after you have received the item. For items with a limited durability, your right of appeal is limited by the expected durability of the individual product. As a consumer, you have a 2-year right to make a complaint, which means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, get your money back or get a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation and the product. This of course requires that the complaint is justified.
Be aware, that we will not give money back for stringing upon purchase of a new badminton racket. The complaint regarding a badminton racket is invalid if the stringning is of a higher tension than recommended for the product. Is the stringing is above 13 kg, the complaint of a badminton racket will no longer apply.
This is how you do if you have a complaint
If you have an item purchased at Badminton-shop.com and which you want to complain about, you can do this in the following way:
– Take one or more pictures of the product and its damage or deficiency.
– Send them to our email: info@badminton-shop.com
– Please also write how much you have played and where you are playing.
– We now process your complaint in collaboration with our supplier and get back to you as soon as possible.
We will refund shipping costs that you may have in connection with using our return portal, if the complaint is justified.
