I'm new at Badminton-Shop.com – how do I shop?
We have a huge range at The Badminton Shop! You can find exactly what you're after in the different categories. Once you have chosen a product you like, select a size and quantity and click "ADD TO BASKET". You will then see the item move up into the right-hand corner, where your shopping basket is. You can choose to keep shopping and add more items to your basket, or complete your purchase.
To complete your purchase, go to the shopping basket in the right-hand corner and check that everything is how it should be, then click on "TO CHECKOUT". Here, enter your details and choose how you would like to pay. When you click "COMPLETE ORDER", you'll be redirected to a new page confirming that your order has been completed, and you should therefore also check your inbox for your order confirmation.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
We strive to dispatch all orders placed before 4 PM on the same day, with delivery of your order to be expected within 3-6 days. During busy periods, however, longer delivery times can occur.
What if a product is sold out?
If a product is sold out, we will order it as soon as you have placed your order. Should the product unexpectedly have sold out or been discontinued on the supplier's end, you'll of course have the option of annulling your order or finding an alternative product.
Is it safe to shop online?
It is 100% safe to shop with us. We do not pass on your details to anyone else and you can count on us. We do not withdraw money from your card until your order has been dispatched.
Which payment methods can I choose from?

If you us a gift card or other discount, we will withdraw the full amount first, and then credit your account with the value of your gift card or other discount.
What happens once I have placed an order?
Once your order is completed, a confirmation of order will be displayed on your screen immediately, and you will also receive the same order confirmation via email. It is therefore important that you check your receipt carefully for any possible errors and let us know as quickly as possible if an error is present.
Has my order been dispatched?
If you have chosen to collect your order in our physical store in Denmark, you will receive an email once your order is ready to be picked up.
Can I make amendments to my order?
If you would like to make amendments to your order, please contact customer service via email or by telephone. If your order has already been packaged or dispatched, it is not possible to amend.
Can I annul my order?
You can, as long as the parcel has not yet been packaged or dispatched. Contact our customer service and have your order number at the ready.
How do I return an item?

How do I receive a refund for my returned goods?
Once we have received your returned item/items, we will credit your account with the sum in question within 10 days.
I have just opened my parcel and an item is wrong/faulty - what do I do?
Our sincerest apologies if you have received a faulty, dirty or wrong item. If this happens, please return the item to us as quickly as possible in the original packaging and fill out the return slip, being sure to note the reason for the return. If your purchased for over DKK 600,-, you can use the return label in the box for returns. If you purchased for under DKK 600,-, please contact customer service so that we can send you a free return label, as we of course take responsibility if an order is faulty or incorrect.
How do I buy a gift card?
We have a long list of gift cards with different values. You can find it here. You can buy gift cards in exactly the same way you would regular items, and will then receive a code as well as a stylish email with the gift card, which you can print out and use as a gift straight away!
How do I use my gift card?
You enter the gift card code in the shopping basket, and the value will then be deducted from your purchase amount automatically.
No, unfortunately not. Contact customer service for the use of multiple gift cards, or enter the gift card codes and value in the comment box, and we will adjust the overall purchase amount, meaning that we will withdraw a lesser amount corresponding to the gift card value from your account.
What happens if I do not use the full value on my gift card?
If you do not use the full gift card value, the remaining amount will be lost.
What happens if I return an item from an order purchased using a gift card?
If you return an order placed using a gift card, you will be sent a credit voucher.
Can gift cards be exchanged for cash?
No, gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
How long can my gift card be used?
It can be used within 2 years from the date on which the gift card was purchased.
Does The Badminton Shop has a physical store?
Yes, The Badminton Shop has a physical store in Odense, Denmark. In fact, this is Denmark's largest store at 180 kvm! Here, customers can feel and try out our range for themselves. This means that we not only have a competitive webshop with the best prices on the market, but also a great physical store, where all of our staff are experts in racket sports.
